Catalyst

So I've been reading this Groupzine put out by Catalyst, and it has been very challenging. A Groupzine is not a magazine and not a book but kinda a combination of the two but meant for group study..... I don't know how else to describe it. Anyway, it is all about leadership and the first section is all about being "Authentic in Influence." Some great quotes (among the many), "Your ability to lead will never far exceed your ability to follow," and "You have achieved excellence as a leader when people will follow you everywhere if only out of curiosity." That second one is from Colin Powell. It goes on to talk about leadership in the church being in its purest form. "Leaders only have their influence to aid them."
